Jillian + Norman
Jillian and Norman met me at my favorite beach on the mainland, Quarry Point. Down some twisty dirt roads lies a gorgeous wide beach that is almost always completely empty -- perfect for taking some dreamy photos. Jillian sourced the most adorable picnic, complete with a vintage basket which made for the cutest photos. We had had really heavy rainfall the week before so Lake Superior was an unusual brown color from the weather turning up the clay at the bottom of the lake, but it matched the earthy tones of their session just fine.
I shot primarily digital but did shoot a roll of portra 400 as well!
